“What impresses me most about Woodford Dale School is the sense of community, the beautiful buildings and playground. The children are often involved with other small schools and the parental involvement is fantastic. I think the teaching is wonderful because there is a lot of individual teaching and the children work together well and encourage each other. We have a great sense of community spirit and active after-school program that is run by the parents and everyone gets involved in reading, canteen, sport and the P&C. My child’s confidence has improved and her English skills and her fitness have all shown great improvement. I would
recommend Woodford Dale Public School to other parents because it’s the best school in every way!”

About Our School
- Woodford Dale Public School
- Situated on Woodford Island on the Clarence River, our school has been an important part of the community since 1867. We have an extensive playground area, incorporating many trees and new play equipment. Our classroom, library and office are colourful and welcoming & provide a safe haven for children.
